I've recently moved into Ballard Public Lofts. Besides the beautiful and highly functional building and apartments (I've a loft!!! it is fabulous...), I want to highlight the customer service. Danny leads a great team. i'll first call out Meredith, who has consistently gone above/beyond her duties. For example, she kept my internet need in mind and snagged the technician who was there to provide service to another apartment - by adding me that same day she saved me several days of an internet-free life (hmmm, actually it wasn't so bad to not have internet...). Lance, who knows how everything works and where everything is, is as accessible as can be, and highly, highly competent. He welcomes the opportunity to help - lovely.

My wife and I have been living here for approximately a year and a half. We could not have been more blessed. This building is in an excellent location, walking distance to the hustle and bustle of Market Street as well as the beauty of Golden Gardens. My favorite thing about this place as well is the cafe located on the first floor. Friendly staff and great happy hours 7 days a week.
