Despite the small sizes of the apartments, this complex is a great place. This place is pet friendly, clean, and mold-free. The concrete floors also make it really silent, so my upstairs neighbors are not a problem. There are windows everywhere including the bathroom, so ventilation is not a problem. The upstairs deck is great and the facility is very secure, requiring a digital key for both the gate entrance and the front door of the building. My only negative complaint would be that there is no central air conditioning, but that is something that many Seattle residences lack. A portable AC / heater would easily resolve the problem because of the proper insulation of the place. The management team is also really helpful. Michael, the leasing agent, did an excellent job guiding us through the application process. Andres, the on-site manager, responded to me almost instantly and helped me out with a few things before the move to make it easier. They also offered to mount my TV for no additional cost. I am very content with my lease here.
