I have lived at Morrison Gardens for a little over 1.5 years and it has been a wonderful experience so far. Mickey, the building manager is amazing, very approachable, kind, helpful and he makes sure things are fixed quickly. I moved across the country from NYC and Mickey was able to give me a video tour and even hold the apartment for me (though I’m sure it being the middle of the pandemic this was much easier then). The neighbors are all awesome and I can truly say a lot of us are friends with each other and help each other out. I don’t plan on moving again anytime soon!

My husband and I have been living at Morrison Gardens for 7 years. We like it here so much that when we wanted to get a larger place, instead of looking at a different building, we just moved into an open 2 bedroom apartment right across the courtyard. Best move ever. Mickey is a fantastic property manager. He made our move from one apartment to another seamless, and was incredibly diligent at sprucing up our old place to turn over and become available to rent. Mickey is easy to get ahold of via text or email whenever we have any issues and he is quick to fix any problems we may have. We see him at the property regularly, picking up and making it a clean and safe place to live. Also, he's just a nice guy. Which is refreshing, and rare, with property managers. We love calling this place home.
