Special thanks to Kimberly, from the leasing office, who was so helpful. She was very attentive and considerate when answering all of our questions and took her time walking us through the process. The entire leasing office Kerri, Cedric, and Kimberly were so kind and personable. Easiest and most professional move in I’ve ever had. Lovely experience. Also, the complex is so adorable and exactly as pictured. We are very happy as new members of their community.

The staff at Chase Knolls is incredible! Each staff member makes you feel like you’re the only tenant in this large community. Moreover, each has monumental patience! I’m a Boomer with pencil-and-paper level skills in a now digital world, including the digital world of Chase Knolls. Of particular note is my point-person Kimberly, although that is no way meant to discount the assistance of Kari and Cedric who fully supported my wife and me when Kimberly was off duty. Our apartment exceeds all of our expectations. It’s in the newer building and has amenities which we previously experienced only at vacation resorts. We quickly met many of our neighbors in our building, all of whom have been friendly and personable. One man even told us his days off and his apartment number, offering his help to us at any time! I cannot recommend this community highly enough!
