Moving isn’t the easiest job, but the leasing team at avalon studio city definitely helped make the process smooth. I recently transferred units and Nermine helped me every step of the way. She was on the phone guiding me through the entire process. In the past i have dealt with other leasing agents who rarely answer the phone or will be at the office when needed. I am happy to say that is not the situation here. The maintenance team also goes above and beyond to fix everything they can if something happens.
