She assisted me for a whole month to make our move possible. She responded to my messages even when she was not in the office. She handled my questions and requests with the utmost care and courtesy, resolving everything positively. She literally carried me through the entire process, leaving only the task of moving my belongings to me. I also want to highlight the work of Tomas! I want to leave a glowing review for Benjamin Lozano the maintenance supervisor, who recently fixed our clogged sink by running the snake through the roof. He responded very promptly to the issue and handled it with impressive expertise. It was clear that Benjamin is highly knowledgeable about what he does, as he quickly identified the problem and resolved it efficiently. On top of his skills, he was extremely helpful, polite, and kind throughout the entire process.
