if I could give this zero, I would. These buildings are so old and moldy they are completely falling apart in front of you. They slapped on some new paint and door fixtures and called it new. There was no lighting in our apartment, roaches everywhere in the summer, they loved the dark damp apartment. Things were constantly breaking, giant water pockets filled our ceiling, maintenance would barely do anything. On top of all of that -we had mice in our walls that made their way into our apartment. We stayed for 1 year and could not move out quick enough, the place always smelled of mildew and rotting wood. Look elsewhere before moving here!!
