Sunset Electric was developed with the existing character structure of the Sunset Electric Factory, an automotive building dating back to the early 1900s when the local area was known as “Auto Row.” The development of our community focused on the preservation of the unique characteristics of this automotive building. Our community exposes you to electrifying living in Downtown Seattle at our beautiful, industrial-style property. At Sunset Electric, you can enjoy vibrant amenities, like our rooftop deck, and exceptional city views from your new home. Our loft, studio, and one-bedroom apartments have roomy open floor plans and stylish features, like subway tiles, quartz countertops, and floor-to-ceiling windows. You can also enjoy being within walking distance of Capitol Hill’s lively restaurants, shopping, parks, and entertainment opportunities from your new space.

From the showing to the move-in, Alina and Betsy were top notch professionals and super helpful. My son had to find an apartment virtually for a move from NYC to Seattle for his job. Yes, it was done virtually. The showing, the lease signing, the renters insurance and the move. Not ever having been to Seattle and not knowing a soul. If I could keep adding stars, I would. The hospitality, the advice, the constant reassurances, the explaining and re-explaining, the patience, but above all, the friendliness that a New Yorker is bred to suspect is a scam, is for real here. Everyone we met in this building was friendly. The apartments are lovely and so important, your packages and mail are SAFE. People can’t just walk into the building. Biometric facial recognition to get in. We ordered dozens of boxes with furniture and household items and nothing was ever taken. Not one single thing. The area is lovely. Can’t complain. Yes there are homeless and addicts at night but I’ve never seen such harmless people compared to NYC, I feel safe. Wonderful restaurants everywhere!
