Long, honest review. I don't usually leave reviews, but todays my last day here after a year and half and want to give the people here their respect for those who plan on eventually renting. Gables McKinney is an amazing apartment complex. Centralized, homey apartment units with great tenants who you will get to know quickly either by the elevator or pool area. Again, don't usually leave reviews, but my last apartment place I had my catalytic converter stolen, and the apartment place nor DPD could do anything about it (apartment lied about having cameras, and DPD is just too busy). Here, just know the concierge people are always taking care of things by keeping an eye and there are also ACTUAL cameras. Your things will definitely be safe here. Talking about the concierges, get to know them. It's easy because all of them are extremely nice and will help you no matter what. Sam, the nicest person you will ever meet. He used to work at Park 17 and that complex still talk about how amazing he is. Ander, great attention to details (bro always has the freshest fit). Larry (in the evening) has helped me out so many times, even helped me out when my friend needed his car jumped. Then Larry at night, really laid back and always a great talk. Don't forget to get to know your leasing managers as well. Just know Pamelo is amazing to work with. She's always on top of her game when it comes to keeping Gables stable and will remember the small details about all her residences. Same with Kanika (the amount of times Kanika printed out stuff for me, she's definitely a homie). Furthermore, the place is always clean and things are typically always working. Shoutout to John, Raul, Aracel, and David for that. Again, no lie, these people are so great and so easy to talk too. I know I probably missed someone's name (somehow), but man this place was great to live at. It's the people who live here, work here, and location that made it good.

Kanika is a consummate professional. From the moment she showed me around the Gables McKinney property, I knew I was in good hands. She is welcoming, kind, and awesome, making the entire experience incredibly seamless. From the onsite tour to submitting my rental application and finally moving in, everything was handled with the utmost care and efficiency. The Gables McKinney property itself is fantastic. The building is modern and well-maintained, and the concierge team is excellent. They are always friendly and helpful, contributing to the overall positive living experience. The common areas and facilities are spotless, reflecting the high standards of the property. Overall, my experience with Kanika and the Gables McKinney property has been exceptional. I highly recommend both for anyone looking for a new home. Kanika’s professionalism and genuine care make her a standout in her field.
