I stopped by looking for a new place to accommodate my son who will be starting College soon. I was met by Heather who was kind enough to show me around and provided me with a lot of information. This please will be one of our top choices. The property is very nice and well kept and the apartments are lovely.

It has been a few months since I moved here and my experience has been great! The amenities provided & customer service everything has been great so far. I also like how they keep the walking around within the compound clean for a night time walk. Highly recommend.

With all the mixed reviews I feel compelled to share my most honest feedback and experience as a current resident of Preserve at Copperleaf. Management: The reviews I'm seeing relating to management since the the Preserve take over is absurd! To the best of my knowledge, management has not change the the inception of Preserve. Heather and Elizabeth have been nothing short of amazing! Each visit to the leasing office I have been greeting with a smile, courtesy, and professionalism. All complaints, not many, have been treated with the utmost urgency and delicacy! What is most appreciated is the open door policy Heather displays to all residents. I cannot recall a visit to the leasing office to find management unapproachable, rude, or spurn. To great fortune, I have been able to engage with management after-hours and receive property updates via both email and text! Maintenance Team: Luis, Christian, and the rest of the crew are phenomenal! Don't believe me? Come and visit the property Monday-Friday between 8-5 and see for yourself! As a dog owner, I casually find myself outside 2-3 times per day, and maintenance is always easily spotted, approachable, and readily accessible to communicate unit inadequacies/work-orders. All work orders can be submitted via the user friendly resident portal with viewable open and closed associated receipts. Per my experience, all submitted work-orders have been properly addressed and resolved within a 24-48 time-frame. Property: The complaints regarding trash disposal and trash valet are inaccurate. Last I checked, valet has shared scheduled trash pick up times and days of the week. There has been full compliance without any disturbances associated with the shared scheduled trash pickup days and times. Extremely convenient for those who have a tight schedule and rather not deal with the hassle of garbage disposal. You will never find the property in a degenerative state-- grass cut, no pungent smells from dog waste not being bagged, various trash container (pet or general) are always emptied, clean gym/gym equipment, organized and polished bathrooms, and the pool area is a great community socializing quarter. All community amenities are functional with a nice user friendly experience associated! As a resident who moved-in expecting the luxury and promise of a Courtland property, without a shadow of a doubt, I can say Preserve has kept and meet all expectations throughout the property transition. I absolutely love being a resident of Preserve at Copperleaf! Like most people, we rely on reviews prior to making long term commitments and purchasing decisions. It is totally ludicrous seeing 1-star reviews being associated with such an esteemed property. Even if some residents do not find Preserve residential living 5-star, 1-star is a complete under-representation of the quality residential experience here! - Jovial Preserve at Copperleaf Resident
