I just moved out of there today and it was such a bitter sweet moment. This place was my home for 2 years, and the management was like family. The Townhomes are super spacious, not only do you get your own garage (which is pretty hard to find here in Chico, even in luxury apartments in the area), but you get privacy. The community is super tight and private, there’s hardly any disturbances, I was there for 2 years and I hardly had any complaints about my community. The management is on top of everything, they really make sure you are comfortable living there and we also had security, which made it feel safe. You get washer/dryer in unit which is super convenient and our bathroom had a beautiful mirror in the upstairs bathroom that was perfect for quick photoshoots with friends.
