I have lived here for 8 yrs and love it. It is the only place I'd recommend in Chico wirh pricing comfort and size. The first few years had some rough neighbors but over time they left/kicked out and finally gor good ones. Office staff is attentive and courteous. Maintenance staff is very nice as well. Apartments are spacious and comfortable. Location is very central, highly recommended.
