2/1/2024: Lived here property manager is cool got a good set up and ended up signing a lease within a week. 6/23/2024 The attachment shows they con-rate instead of pro-rate the deposit bill at CY Property, I was sold on a "six month special" which turned into a 4 month required move out date and got charged for repainting although I didn't hang anything on the walls.
