Quiet place to live; at least as far as outside apartments in Chico can be. Free breakfast on Wednesdays! Pool, hot tub, sauna, small gym and a couple other amenities all of which are kept pretty clean.

Overall a nice place to live. Neat environment and grounds are well taken care of. Most tenants are nice and will smile or say hello. Assigned parking spots plus additional parking available. Really great manager who follows through and keeps you informed on everything. Newly updated clubhouse with small gym, swimming pool, bike trails and there's always free breakfast or meals for anyone who likes to socialize.
