Our son lived at Creekside for the 2022-2023 school year and had a fabulous experience! The property is secure, clean and very well maintained. The manager, Todd, was always easy to reach, responded quickly to all of our questions and made the entire experience great from start to finish of our son's lease. Todd and the rest of the management team know how to relate well to the college kids living there with reasonable expectations all while maintaining a safe and fun environment. We HIGHLY recommend Creekside!

Wonderful community for your college students. Safe secluded and delightful to live here! The staff is extremely helpful and easy to work with during the lease term and move in/out periods. Staff was helpful in giving advice for a full deposit return! We would highly recommend Creekside Manor Apts.
