Nice complex, easy access, and convenient location. Not eloquent housing but not trashy, just a nice place to live.

Turn back while you still have the chance. The day of our move-in was significantly delayed due to the apartment not being cleaned by Hill Properties ahead of time (my dad and I did not get back home until 10 pm). Two managers left during our stay over a year. The first manager again delayed the offer of paying half of September's rent in 2022. My roommates and I had to constantly ask him if he was going to get around to it. Several times, some other tenants nailed my car's tires (I don't know why). They would also have loud arguments and parties outside of the apartment on multiple occasions over the year late at night. The property management company is highly picky about how clean the apartment is moving out. Please take my advice and ask for a pre-inspection before moving out (and clean the screens and fan blades). They were overdue by 11 days for returning the security deposit too. Overall, look somewhere else.
