I have lived here for six years and I have had a good experience. The apartment complex is very quiet with lots of shade trees. The management is responsive and has online payment/maintenance access. There is covered car parking to protect at least one vehicle from the sun. Guests have plenty of parking access. The complex is close to a bike path, bidwell park, and is on a bus line. The internet access from comcast is good (>900 mbps down and 24 mbps up). We are less than a mile from grocery stores and fast food options. I find it difficult to complain about anything. Recently, Hignell also installed four electric vehicle Charge Point charging stations (level 2, J1772) which is a wonderful investment in the future! Only residents and guests can use the chargers (not the public) so there never seems to be any one waiting to charge.
