My unit is really nice, just my size, and my location is quiet. The property is park-like and I feel safe to walk around. The community areas are clean and maintained. Maintenance requests are responded to in a reasonable manner. The activities offered are great and gives a feeling of friendliness. It's comfortable and affordable for me. 👍🤗

I love the property it’s clean and well managed. I love the security at night makes us feel safe and secure. I love the maintenance and management they are very on top of the building/property and when things need to be taken care of they are quick about it. Most importantly I love the sense of Community. Everyone is respectful and helpful . I really love the clubhouse events and how they focus on you knowing your neighbors and really setting everyone up with these events keeps everything open, safe and healthy. Plus, it’s nice to have the sense of community with in our community. Overall, I think that this is one of the places to live here in Chico !
