Mother’s Beach and Venice Beach, are nearby, and popular local destinations like the Del Rey Yacht Club, Fisherman’s Village, Venice Boardwalk, Venice Canals, and Third Street Promenade are a short distance away. Conveniently nestled next to Playa Vista and Playa del Rey, you could live car-free! With a host of transportation options, it’s easy to get wherever you need to go. I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so because of the amazing customer service I received from Brandon. I am renewing my lease at Aqua Marina and encountered a misunderstanding regarding my new lease agreement. Brandon from Community Relations personally called me to address my concerns. From the moment we spoke, he had a kind, knowledgeable, and professional demeanor. He patiently answered all my questions and went above and beyond to assist me. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brandon—he is truly a star and exceptional at what he does. Aqua Marina is lucky to have him, and he is an absolute pleasure to work with!
