Our modern Venice home is just 1 block off Abbot Kinney, and close to all the best shops, restaurants and nightlife, and the beach! The home is modern and comfortable, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open plan living room with 2 story ceilings. The house beautifully decorated with modern and comfortable furnishings. The living room has 20 foot ceilings, and an airy and open plan - a great space for entertaining, or just hanging out and relaxing. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances. There is a very private outdoor patio, great for enjoying the warm southern California days! The two downstairs bedrooms have 1 full size bed, 1 full sized futon (that has a comfortable memory foam mattress topper) , and share a full bath. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with queen size beds. There are two parking spots in the secure, adjacent garage. If you're dates aren't available, be sure to check out my other listings in the area. This location is Very Walkable so most errands can be accomplished on foot. The closest grocery stores are Windward Farms, Juicy Green's Juice and Beach House Market. Nearby coffee shops include Local 1205 and Intelligentsia Coffee, with has some of the best coffee in the world! Nearby restaurants include FEED Body & Soul, 3 Square Cafe + Bakery and Pork Belly's, which has incredible bbq sandwiches! Guests will have access to the entire house, as well as patio area and the garage. Wifi internet is included throughout the house. I will meet the guests at the property to give them the key and show them around the house. Or I will give you directions and a code for a lock box where you can get the key yourself. After that, the guests will have the entire house to themselves. I will be available for any questions via phone or email. You can easily walk or ride a bike to the beach, and explore the Venice shops, Muscle Beach, Abbot Kinney, Main St, bars and restaurants, and the Santa Monica 3rd St Promenade. Santa Monica and Venice have some of LA's best shopping, dining, and nightlife - and it's all just outside your door! You're just one block from the Abbot Kinney district, a real hotspot for artists and a home to some of LA's best shops, restaurants and bars including several excellent art galleries, about a half-dozen interesting clothing boutiques and over a dozen cafes and eateries.
