Amenities are top of the line and a Mexican Restaurant will soon occupy part of the first floor :) Pool is well decorated with nice grill (little to no shadows) and the gym has free weights, a spin/yoga room, cardio machines, squat rack (among other things). Living community is fun - party planning committee organizes multiple happy hours/breakfasts/workouts/etc a month for tenants. Leasing office staff are super friendly and have already bent over backwards to help me out on separate occasions - I recommend getting a tour from Darrell or Felecia in the leasing office.
