I am loving my experience so far living here at Canary Lofts. I love that the apartment was clean when I moved in. I also like that all the appliances are new and easy to use. If you need peace and quiet to live/study this is a perfect place for you. Its very quiet and you only hear some noise sometimes from dogs but not very often. I also would say make sure you download the apps to pay the rent, and to ask for any help if you have any issues that you need any maintenance on your apartment. Update after living for one year I would say my overall experience was really great. I personally did not have any problems. If I had any maintenance problems they were solved quickly. I didn’t have any issues with the garbage room either. The only time I had a slight issue was with some noise but it was only for 4th of July when some people in the building we’re having a party. Overall I would recommend to my friends and acquaintances.

From the nice lady at the desk to help me move in, with the on time and always around the o'clock maintenance staff to fix whatever issue we have.
