There is a reason 3 of the units have recently vacated. Security problems at this building have existed for months. There are also structural issues. The top two units including mine have had bird nests inside the walls, allowing in bees, and other insects. I got maintenance to come out and all they did was remove the nest, the wall is still open to the outside. They didn't clean up any of the mess that's all over my chair and floor. They did not replace any of the window screens which are all torn up from previous tenets. Air conditioning also leaks, and there is only one unit inside the entire place so it doesn't keep the main room cool at all. They have a property management company that uses text or a call center to communicate and I've had no follow ups. Overall, I would not recommend anyone rent here.
