My experience at my viewing of the fountain apartments was excellent. Greg showed me around the property and was very thorough in everything that he went over and showed. I would definitely recommend anybody that is looking to move to this area to go and check out these apartments..

Our heat had gone out in the evening after business hours. Maintenance came out immediately and attempted to relight the pilot light. When it was determined the burner had gone bad Ryan brought 2 portable heaters for us to use. The heaters kept our apartment very comfortable. The very next morning Don came and replaced the burner. Later that day Don stopped back to confirm that everything was working properly as it was. Exceptionally happy with Maintenance.
