This is my second review. I signed another lease to live here. I love it here, its quite, they are doing updates in the buildings and on the grounds. Tonya and her staff were always welcoming and nice. Any issue , Tonya sends maintenance over right away to take care of it. The maintenance guys are respectful and nice. I feel happy to call Briarwood my home!

In my opinion shady acres but feel free to rent it quite nice for what it is ..... Check it out but a friend gave me advice I I followed it don't owe anyone so don't... for a company or anyone of a company to implie my wife did wrong without proof and find out she didn't and not apologize is where I draw my opinion among boatloads of other things however the manager is nice and the alltoona manager Joann was awesome but we'll see her hopefully and a place working she brighten everyone's day even more other than that quite tenants are cool people also I know mister mullaney he might of had his faults but he's right you say he was a scammer I believe he isn't all at fault do you disagree briarwood owner I believe that what I say and what he says might have some true meaning and maybe some apologies needed so again everyone it's quiet it what it is .... Draw your own opinion and yes a lot of good Tennant's my review also comes from them sending a third party to my house to try and serve me not a problem but please tell me on a Saturday morning how would a person know where my daughters room is without caseing my house and when I don't answer door go to her window and say hey little girl give this to your mommy and daddy a 6 year old child. Yeah I'm pretty sure it's shady acres you be the judge but hey the golden opportunity thing was great effort even saying that to mister mullaney might be the case but I'm pretty sure there might be some things on the side of the owners fence that they might want to address before pointing fingers at past Tennant's. Thank you Google for opportunities to leave this review and I hope it helps have a good day everyone ..... the response I got from co owner or owners son when I confronted them through text about sending them to my daughters window......was I don't do any office work I had nothing to do with it.... So when that response was sent to me in a text if he's co owner and owners son just like his sister and father and then everyone else they have works under them they would be the landlords which is what they're 3rd party person said...hhhhh sounds like a another shady runaround at shady acres but again tenants cool manager cool.. but you be the judge .... I hear Switzerland is awesome Europe... California I've been there....... yeah I think Europe or Switzerland I might go check it out Junior Bryan Santiago awesome people to help out and be around Tonya awesome manager tenants good people as far as I know not so sure about owners they seem to forget....... About certain things that certain things need done in timely manner... also seem to not understand that even though apartment life is easier for people it doesn't mean they are not able to afford things they just may not want to or are saving.....in my opinion they seem to forget........ that there are some people that do care about what is right and will push to prove it....... business rule of thumb take ownership pretty sure that was a response to someone else's review by owner at another of the properties so please take ownership of what occurred and and replace it....
