This is my second review. I signed another lease to live here. I love it here, its quite, they are doing updates in the buildings and on the grounds. Tonya and her staff were always welcoming and nice. Any issue , Tonya sends maintenance over right away to take care of it. The maintenance guys are respectful and nice. I feel happy to call Briarwood my home!
