Since we got a new apartment manager (Ishmael) things have been so much better for the Drake. He actually answers maintenance tickets, makes sure that u are comfortable, and checks after repairs to make sure things are good. He’s really turned this place around and I’m more comfortable with how things are than before. Hope he continues to make The Drake great 💃🏾

Ishmael has been a great change of pace from our last few landlords. Ishmael has been doing great at being ont op of any personal or property issues that I have brought to his attention. He is kind, available to speak with and very helpful on a lot of different ways. Thank you Ishmael for being a good manager.
