The tour was definitely the wackiest I’ve ever been on. From getting accidentally locked out of the apartment made for tours, finding a homeless man sleeping under the stairs, and taking a few accidental wrong turns around the entire facility. The newer staff member Allie, handled everything with ease, some grace, and LOTS of humor. Looking forward to (hopefully) continue my journey (and application) with Westpointe in Urbandale!

We love it here! The townhomes are quiet and safe. Service requests have been handled promptly, and I’ve only had good experiences with the office staff. We use the trails daily, the dog parks a few times a week, and the disc baskets almost monthly. I don’t golf but I appreciate the green space that the 9-hole course affords. Westpointe is the most dog-friendly rental option I’ve found in the DSM area. Edit - 12 months in, the staff is still amazing. They’ve made outstanding improvements to the grounds. We’re renewing for another year!
