Nice quiet, secured apartment building with friendly welcoming neighbors. The Fleming building is conveniently located downtown where just about everything you could need is within walking distance.

I lived here for over a year and enjoyed the location, history of building, and prompt responses from maintenance. One thing to note is since the building is historic, it has bad insulation and there was a lot of heat loss in winter in my corner unit.
