I have lived at the Des Moines building for a few months and I love the experience they have given me. From the nice lady at the desk to help me move in, with the on time and always around the o'clock maintenance staff to fix whatever issue we have. I enjoy the convenience of the nearby stores and accessible by the Skywalk on the 2nd floor. I hope to see new things added to the rooms below that are empty, and I hope to stay at the Des Moines building for years to come

I moved downtown in April, choose the Des Monies building because it was close to work. I am glad I did, Emily in the leasing office has been so helpful, apartments are nice, view from the rooftop is amazing. Everyone I have met in the elevators are friendly and nice, Even their pets, lol,, and I’m not a pet person myself. I would definitely recommend The Des Moines Building to my friends.
