Very dirty, internal doors wouldn't close, and there's a really great frathouse right next to it that loves sharing their AMAZING music until 2 am, whether you want to hear it or not.

The air ducts are moldy and the landlord refuses to do anything about it. For the sake of your health, do not move here. The staircase is filthy and filled with cockroaches during the warmer months. This place is an abomination.

when i moved in, i was told the apartment went under “professional cleaning” and was expecting a clean apartment. the unit was dirty and my door locks were broken. the door locks were an urgent issue and it took about 2 weeks for maintenance to fix it. the first time, they incorrectly installed the lock again and i had to wait an extra 2 weeks for them to properly install the deadbolt and door lock. during the colder months, the water heater was not working and it took them about 2 and a half weeks to fix the ice cold shower and sink water. the thermostat did not even work, constantly blowing cold air even with the heater on. i was told that this property was monitored 24/7 by video surveillance. my scooter was stolen and when i went to retrieve video footage for investigation, they told me that it is not monitored nor is it even saved. when they replaced the bike rack in the garage, they told me they installed it with security bolts. the bike rack is installed with regular bolts that can be easily removed and they only installed 2 out of 4 bolts. the garage and staircases are filthy and there is no maintenance on the outer parts of the apartment complex. pest control was up to the tenants and there is a horrible bug problem throughout this complex, both roach and other bugs. after many months of unsatisfactory service, my dad went to the management office and was treated extremely unprofessionally and was cussed out by one of the workers. he criticised how much rent we paid to the company and used it against my dad saying he didn’t have a right to be upset with how “little” he paid. this complex is not worth it and the 5 star reviews are dishonest. my father and i have been the most vocal about the unsatisfactory experience and have had to speak up for other units and tenants.
