Very dirty, internal doors wouldn't close, and there's a really great frathouse right next to it that loves sharing their AMAZING music until 2 am, whether you want to hear it or not.

The air ducts are moldy and the landlord refuses to do anything about it. For the sake of your health, do not move here. The staircase is filthy and filled with cockroaches during the warmer months. This place is an abomination.
