It the hallway is a stackable washer & dryer. Both bedrooms are generously sized. The primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a combination shower & tub and a walk-in closet. There is tandem parking, controlled access, and an in-unit intercom system. We are located minutes from Olympic Blvd and minutes to DTLA. Terms: One year minimum lease. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent on approved credit. We are pet friendly, breed restrictions apply.
