If I could rate this lower, I would. I lived here for a year and the management is the worst I’ve ever seen. They steal your security deposit for “replacing damages”, without any proof of damage nor do they provide a clean and functional apartment to begin with. They provided us damaged jammed blinds when we moved in and charged us for replacement when we moved out. They do not pick up calls nor reply to text messages. There’s an app for maintenance requests and the average time for a response would be a month or two. They have a helpline for complaints that is absolutely useless. On top of all of this, the neighborhood is extremely unsafe. There’s a lot of theft and assault that happens on the block. Despite being listed as student housing, this place isn’t student friendly and exploits students quite a bit. You can definitely find a better place around UW that’s better. Total nightmare.
