I lived here for over three years and the experience was fantastic. Rent was reasonable and not often raised. The building managers live on site and take care of issues almost immediately. They've even been so kind as to let me know when packages for me were sent there after I moved so I can come pick them up. My unit was beautiful - a really cool one bedroom loft. The only reason I moved was because I bought my own place. A rare find!
