I lived here half year and I enjoyed my stay. Convenient location (close to bus stops), in capitol hill so walking distance to many good restaurants and bars, but in the quiet side of capitol hill, and I was never bothered by any loud noises! Through my live, I barely saw homeless nearby (they would be at somewhere a block away, but never seen them staying right outside of the apartment). I lived in a micro studio. The studio is old, small but really has everything I need; their rent is fairly cheap comparing to other apartments in Seattle, so keep in mind that 'you get what you paid for'. I am not saying this apartment isn't good, but just want to set the right expectation. In my opinion, I think the rent I paid worth it. The management is offsite but they are very proactive and I really enjoyed working with Molly, she is attentive, kind and responsive!
