The staff at The Clarendon is a true family-oriented team. There’s nothing like coming home after a long day at work and being received with a warm welcome every day when I walk through the lobby. I think it’s worth mentioning that while I don’t own any pets, its amusing and fun to watch other resident’s dogs go crazy for the concierges as if they’re reuniting with a long lost friend. It always brightens up my day!
Kudos to the whole team for always going the extra mile for my family, my guests and myself, but especially Shaukat and Grover whom I interact with nearly every single day.
Giving 5 stars for the quality life I’m able to have at The Clarendon.

Love living here! Maintenance is done promptly and with care. The front desk concierge Shaukat is always so friendly and organized with packages. Great leasing team. Highly recommend!

The Clarendon is the best apartment I’ve ever lived in! The staff is always available and so friendly. The maintenance people come within the hour for requests and I’ve never had to worry about things breaking or safety issues. I recommend the apartment building to anyone who wants to live in the Clarendon area!
Edit-- I've lived here now for 2.5 years and am still enjoying the amenities, staff, and location. Shaukat, Grover, Donovan, Emily, Derek, Manuel and the rest of the team are truly top notch. Everyone is always going the extra mile to help the residents and provide the best living experience!

Lived here for over 4 years now and absolutely love it. Great building and great location. Shaukat at the front is the best. He knows everyone in the building. Derek who runs maintenance is always super helpful. Donovan and Emily from the office are also great. No complaints and 10/10 recommend living here.

The apartments are in a great location, the staff is very personable and friendly, specifically the front desk staff and Shaukat. Move in process was quick and easy and leasing was responsive to any questions.

The apartments have great value for the price. The main differentiator is definitely Shaukat, one of the front desk managers. He always greets every guest with a smile, and is engaging and wants to make you feel comfortable. He also always has treats ready to go for the dogs which they love!
Only con is that cell service can be very spotty here (have Verizon).

I have been living here for 18 months now and love the place. The amenities are great and stylish after the recent renovation. The staff are friendly and responsive and add that extra touch. Shaukat in particular, who is at the front desk on weekdays, is popular among the residents and their pets alike due to his warm and personable nature.

Update 06/24 - I have lived here nearly three years now and things continue to be great! The lobby and common areas were renovated and finished in the last year, in addition to other improvements around the property, so the care for the quality of life of residents in the building by both Equity and the building’s staff continue to be evident.
I’ve lived at The Clarendon for a year and a half and have found it a great experience. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, including concierges who know you by your name and are always welcoming and willing to help (especially Shaukat, who regularly goes above and beyond to help with packages, questions, or whatever you need). Maintenance staff are also easy to get a hold of and quick to respond, I’ve never felt worried when something broke or went wrong. It’s also incredibly nice to be a minute walk from the Metro, a couple minutes to Trader Joe’s and a plethora of restaurants, and a few more minutes to Whole Foods and other shopping. Overall the experience has been great and I feel like those running the building actually care about their residents.
