I've lived in Courthouse Plaza for a year and I'm very sad to have to move on. Our experience has been superb from the management to the maintenance teams all around. Errika in particular has been extremely helpful, easy to work with and accommodating since we applied last summer. I never had any issues with noise or complaints about any of the staff. The property is sure to alert residents to any apartment-wide scheduled maintenance way ahead of time and is very timely when it comes to personal maintenance issues. My only complaint might be slow elevators, but it's slightly understandable for a 20+ story apartment complex. Aside from service, the apartments have awesome perks including great location (right next to courthouse metro and several shops/restaurants), rooftop grill/lounge/gym/pool, very dog friendly community, great sq footage and competitive rates. Pro-tip: inquire about the 5th floor apartments that have gigantic patios - you won't get a patio this big anywhere else.
