I have had such a positive experience living at the Avalon Clarendon. The front desk staff are so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Sandy and the team always put the residents and resident experience first to foster a safe, warm, and enjoyable environment. I’ve had a few maintenance requests that were handled very promptly and professionally. Specifically, Edwin has helped resolve my maintenance issues for me in a timely and efficient manner and is incredibly patient and pleasant to be around. I appreciate all the work that Sandy, Edwin, and the teams at Avalon Clarendon do to create a wonderful living experience.

We moved here about a month ago, and so far, we are absolutely loving it! I want to take a moment to highlight the incredible concierge team—especially Sandy, who has been an absolute star. As newcomers to the U.S., we had a lot to figure out—setting up internet, electricity, and more—and Sandy went above and beyond to help us through the process. She even assisted us with calling the internet company, ensuring everything was taken care of seamlessly.
The apartment itself is fantastic. The orientation of our unit is ideal; we don't hear any noise since we're not facing the park or the garage, making it incredibly peaceful.
The maintenance team has also been excellent. We had a small issue with our washing machine, and they resolved it in less than an hour, which was very impressive.
The neighborhood is another major plus—super close to the metro station with plenty of dining options, gyms, and grocery stores nearby. It's a very convenient location.
Overall, we're really enjoying our time here. When we were searching for apartments in the area, I found Google reviews extremely helpful in learning about the dynamics of each place beyond just a single visit. Avalon Clarendon has great reviews for a reason—it's truly a wonderful place to live, and we're so glad we chose it!

Avalon Clarendon has been the BEST place to live. Location was amazing, the staff is very responsive, and the neighbors are great. Every concern or question I had was answered within 24 hours. Emergency repairs and lockouts were fixed within an hour. Nilson and Jose were the best and came at all hours to fix emergencies. Sandy-Lee was also the best, most personable staff member I’ve ever come across. From move in day all the way until my move out date, she went out of her way to help and to hold conversation. There was even one instance where she was in my building and saw that I had a heavier package and brought it to my door out of kindness so I wouldn’t have to lug it up. Little things like that are what makes her stand out and truly made my experience at Avalon Clarendon amazing. I can’t thank them enough!

As a current resident, I have been very satisfied with the customer service of our Concierge Sandy, Maintenance Team members Jose R., and Leasing Office. Our concierge provides exceptional and friendly service, always offering to help and following-up on requests.
The maintenance team especially Jose R. is wonderful and always gets the job done with professionalism. I am very happy as a resident and would say that Avalon-Clarendon is one of the best places you can choose to live with the friendly and supportive Avalon team members and the benefits we have with easy access to the community, clarendon metro, and the community events hosted at the Crossings.
Thank you and appreciation to the Avalon Clarendon team members for making my first 9 months as a resident a wonderful experience. I look forward to my continued stay and home at the Avalon Clarendon!

Really great building and complex. Maintenance and staff are awesome. Sandy is the best! Super helpful and friendly and amazing at her job, always putting residents first. The building itself it really nice and in a fantastic location. Nice neighbors and close enough to everything while also being more secluded than other buildings in the heart of Clarendon.
