We’ve lived at Elan for 2 years now and couldn’t be happier with that decision. Katie and Christy in the office are very responsive and helpful. Katie, in particular, was a total rock star when we toured the building and moved in. She even changed the battery in a beeping smoke detector for us because the maintenance team was off that day. When anything becomes inoperable in the building, they’re communicative about the issues and giving us updates as to when things will be fixed. They have also been planning community events that we hope to take part in at some point. Asmir and Joseph have been the best maintenance crew anyone could ask for. Their rapid response to work orders has been nothing short of fabulous, and their friendly demeanor is wonderful. It’s comforting to know that if we need anything, they’ll respond in a timely, professional manner. We looked at many apartments in downtown Redmond, and for what we wanted to pay, we got the most bang for our buck here at Elan. Our unit is spacious, bright, and quiet. (We’ve been pleasantly surprised at how little we hear our neighbors.) The location of the building itself is super-convenient and walkable to most anything we need. And generally speaking, our building neighbors are courteous and friendly. Thank you, Katie, Asmir, Joseph, and Christy, for making our community such an enjoyable place to live.

So far so good. This is my review after 1.5 years and I can say that this is a convenient, clean and safe place to live.

I have been living at Elan for about an year now and I have nothing but good words for the place. The location, the management team, the maintenance team and the quality of life was great here. Location: The place is located in Redmond Downtown close to the Town Center with almost every all amenities, shops and great eating places at a walking distance from it. Apartments: The apartments have a modern design, cool vibe and are quite spacious. I loved the big walk-in closets here! The walls are thick and well-insulated so there is barely any noise from the neighbors. The common areas are kept clean and they always smell refreshing and nice. The corridors are constantly cleaned and re-painted when needed. There is also a parcel locker system, so I never lost a single package during my stay here (unlike some other communities around). Management and maintenance: The management (Katie and Nicole) are very friendly, professional and helpful. They have always answered all my queries promptly and helped me throughout my stay. They also organize fun events for residents (humans and pets!) throughout the year and often bring-in local food trucks, which is super-cool. The only time I had some inconvenience was with the small parking stalls in the resident garages (some of them are partially blocked by pillars). But even then Katie was very helpful and immediately put me in the wait list for a better sized spot. The wait list was a couple months long, but she finally secured a very good parking spot for me, so no issues. I received the apartment in a shining condition when I moved in (the cleaning was awesome!). I needed some minor repairs and the maintenance team was very quick and responsive. I haven't needed any serious repairs but the maintenance have always come within 12-36 hours for any (non-emergency) repairs I had. Summary: Overall, I have loved my stay at Elan so far and I highly recommend it to everyone. Couldn't ask for a better management, they made my time here awesome. Thank you so much, guys!
