Dishonest. Do not apply for an apt here. They took our money and said we would be approved later that day. When I followed up with Kevin the manager he made up some BS story about how he had approved us and had been chasing me for a response and that “as it had been 48hrs” without hearing from me, he had moved on to the next applicant. It hadn’t even been 48hrs since I’d APPLIED.

I asked for a video of the available apartment because I am moving in from out of state and was told quite rudely "no video go to website". I'd obviously already visited the website, where I determined I needed more info. Would not live here based on this rude first impression.
