Unit: • Bottom (basement) floor of a 3-level house (mother-in-law unit) • Gets excellent natural light for a basement and has comfortable ceiling height • Open, efficient floor plan with 2 bedrooms • Includes use of a manicured shared backyard with space for planting vegetables and herbs • Unit has its own large laundry room with washer/dryer • Full newly updated kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven • Brand-new bathroom remodel with modern fixtures and large shower • Unit has its own dedicated AC/heating unit • Ample storage • Unfurnished • We live upstairs and are a young professional couple with 2 young boys (ages 9 and 11) • We try to keep the kids on the top floor from about 8pm–7am so it’s quiet then, and the kids are often out of the house during the day.
