Amazing central location 2 blocks north of Green lake, close to I5 and Aurora/99, on major bus lines, and close to many restaurants. Available as early as May 1. Unit: Bottom (basement) floor of a 3-level house (mother-in-law unit) Gets great light for a basement and has good ceiling height Open floor plan with 2 bedrooms Includes use of manicured shared backyard with space for planting vegetables and herbs Unit has its own large laundry room with washer/dryer Full dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven Unit has its own AC/Heating unit Ample storage Unfurnished We live upstairs and are a young professional couple with 2 young boys (7 and 9 years old) We try to keep the kids on the top floor from about 8pm-7am so it's quiet then, and the kids are often out of the house during the day, but in the mornings and evenings, noise can be heard in the apartment from the kids when they are home.
