Absolutely amazing property. Everything is beautifully maintained. The maintenance guy is so quick with responses . The new property manager is knowledgeable and really sweet and respectful. I love the goodies he leaves out in the office . It really shows their commitment to their job and property . Love it here

I'm more of a "house person," but given the proximity to Green Lake and that not unreasonable price, Crew is a rather solid choice. The rooftop access with an unhindered 360 view is a real treat. Our neighbors have been surprisingly friend: in part because we have a young dog. Dogs do wonders for breaking the "Seattle Freeze." The apt. is small and the garage door has been frequently broken; I park on the street, where finding a spot hasn't been an issue, rather than spend a couple hundred a month for a covered spot. Those who work in the office have been warm and friendly. It's dog-friendly! This includes free doggy treats in the entry-lobby, and the opportunity to have 2 dogs, up to 75 pounds. Monthly rent for dogs is cheap. I miss being in a house, but for living in a large unit housing structure, Crew is a fairly solid choice!
