Offered at $8,980 monthly, 745-A Portola Street will be the featured at an open house on Saturday, April 11th, 2026, from 10:30am-11:30am. We will begin accepting holding deposits immediately after the open house in accordance with our priority system. Additional Information: Holding deposit is $8,980 Application fee is $64 per adult Parking permit for each additional vehicle is $100 per month – 3 cars maximum Two household pets are permitted with an additional $500 deposit and pet rent of $75 monthly per pet.
