Property Id: 2506330 location: Genesee & Melrose built 1920's so its kind of ART DECO style, but sadly they renovated it and left no arches. walking distance to Melrose & Fairfax with lots of stores, coffee shops and restaurants. its a small quiet building. water paid by landlord - you pay electricity and gas upper unit - its a fourplex. REAL & ORIGINAL wood floors throughout - gorgeous floors! floors had just been re-coated, not one scratch - beautiful! the apartment is HUGE - everything in it is HUGE - rooms and closets! big windows everywhere - NEW, DOUBLE PANNED WINDOWS, everywhere. living room is HUGE - with a HUGE CLOSET :) recessed lights in living room - french windows - lots of windows. 2 BRAND NEW MOBILE AC UNITS DINING ROOM is also HUGE - and is actually one space with the living room super comfi BREAKFAST BAR between the kitchen and the dining room. KITCHEN IS LARGE & GORGEOUS new cabinets - tons of cabinets fridge stove dishwasher WASHER AND DRYER in a separate laundry room (in the unit of course) MASTER BEDROOM is really large - with a huge closet. bedrooms have ceiling fans with light bulbs. 2ND BEDROOM is smaller but not small - also has a medium size walk in closet. BATHROOM IS MARVELOUS! all new white tiles.... (see photos) yes there is a bath tub ulta cute BALCONY, shared with the 1 neighbor (see photos) HUGE built in dresser outside the bathroom for towels and bathroom stuff. 1 parking spot in the parking lot at the back of the building.
