You just need to bring your personal belongings! Available for viewing by appointment only. The studio comes with a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of closet space, a full bathroom, heat pump/air conditioner and access to the backyard. The unit has a queen sized bed, internet connected TV, coffee table that can be converted into a dining table for hosting a small group of guests, bed and linen and kitchenette. Washer and dryer are located a few steps away and are shared with the homeowner. Location is great as it is close to LMU, Playa Vista and easy access to the 405 freeway. You can walk to many conveniences such as Ralph's, Trader's Joe, CVS, Kohl's, Ross, TJ Maxx and many restaurants. It is close to the beaches - Playa Del Rey, El Segundo, Manhattan Beach. A 12 month lease and month to month lease after 12 months. If you prefer a shorter lease, please contact us for more information. Application with background and credit checks will be required. (Fees apply) Employment verification will be done. Current and previous landlords contact information will be required. First month's rent and deposit due at lease signing (Signing to take place within 48 hours of application approval). Housing provider pays for water, electricity, internet and trash. Free and easy street parking. No smoking allowed. Small pets (up to 20 pounds) will be considered.
