I've certainly had my fair share of issues since moving into the property, but the maintenance team has been astounding in helping me through them. I'd like to recognize the entire maintenance staff in their timeliness, communication, and professionalism across a range of requests and problems. Most recently, Gerardo has helped me immensely and his friendliness as well as skill is greatly appreciated. Thank you to the maintenance team here at Avalon!

My review is specifically for Steve Thornton - but is also on behalf of the entire maintenance team, leasing team, and Avalon complex as a whole. Ever since we moved in, Steve has been one of the primary maintenance personnel to come and help us out. He is timely, kind, efficient, and an overall great guy! Steve is always so happy to assist with anything that we need. In previous apartment buildings, we’ve had to wait days or even weeks to get somebody to come over to help with a simple task or fix issues within our unit. Here at Avalon, Steve will show up day of, even on a Sunday, with a smile on his face! It means a lot to have an apartment that actually cares about its tenants. (I’d also like to thank Monique from the leasing office, who has helped us out immensely throughout our lease - and also helped me find an expensive package of mine that got lost! As soon as I messaged the leasing office, she assisted me immediately. The package wasn’t even inside of the building, and she still somehow managed to search around and find it.) This team goes above and beyond. Thank you to everyone at Avalon!
