Living here at Sepulveda West has been a great experience. I have been living here since 2014. This building has undergone many changes and a number of building managers since then, The building has been undergoing renovations for over a year. While this may be nerve-wrecking, Lisa’s upbeat spirit, positive energy, and open communication make it bearable. She is not in charge of the renovation decision-making, the building OWNER is. Unfortunately, Lisa is the “messenger”, As with every dwelling, problems occur, however, Mr. Frank is always on it, in a timely manner. He too has a positive spirit and a cool vibe. If there is a maintenance issue that Is beyond Mr. Frank, like super clogged pipes, then Lisa will quickly contact the pipe flushing company so they can fix the issue. Ms. Lorena works hard to keep the building clean.
I wanted to give a shout out to our manager Lisa Stavnes. I have lived here for several years, and have interacted with many managers. Lisa is by far the best we've had. She is completely attentive to the needs of the tenants, and deals with problems or situations quickly and effectively. She is very personable, friendly, and obviously cares about what transpires here, especially lately with the continuing construction here.

Lisa is easily the best property manager Sepulveda West has had in the 7 years I have lived here. She is extremely responsive to any inquiries, caring about the property and residents, and will also do what she can to make the living experience the best it can be.
Lisa is an amazing property manager. She was very responsive, professional, and agreeable to work with. When you call for a tour I hope you will get her. She's amazing. Rachel

I cannot say more of what an amazing experience we have had with Sepulveda West Apartments. Lisa, the property manager truly the best. From when we first viewed the complex, to moving in, to 6 months later she has made us feel so welcomed and has gone above and beyond with all of our needs. She is reliable, communicative, proactive and truly cares about the property and it shows. On top of that,
Frank and Alma who help maintain the property are so great. We have had very few fixes needed but when we have, Lisa is immediately on it and Frank is there to fix it ASAP. The complex is quiet and the tenants are very friendly and respectful. We absolutely love our new home and HIGHLY recommend Sepulveda West Apartments to anyone.
As a non resident yet (fingers crossed!) this review is for Lisa and everything I've seen for this complex. Location, grounds, maintenance staff I met, and noise level (very quiet) were all stellar, but Lisa, the property manager, really stands out in terms of customer service excellence. I went apartment hunting last week and she was the quickest of 5 complexes to respond to my voice-mail. The tour she gave me was thorough and she talked about the wonderful community of tenants and how they were like family to her. I could tell this was true by her care for all the details, big and small, that make an apartment complex a place you love living in. She keeps the pool heated year round, everything is clean clean clean and she even has air fresheners in the lobby and mail room areas. The tenants we ran into during the tour greeted her like a friend and she knew them by name. I'm so impressed by Lisa and these apartments that I am submitting my application today!
This is the best apartment complex I have lived in so far. Not only was the one bedroom apartment beautiful and spacious (with a lovely balcony), but the building manager Lisa was the most incredible person. I can genuinely say that she was always incredibly responsive, and cared about consistently improving the complex and making the residents feel safe. The maintenance manager Frank was the same: always responsive, helpful and kind. If I ever get the change to move back into this complex, I would in a heartbeat!
It was also located in a safe, quiet residential neighborhood, and within walking distance to grocery and drug stores. I found living so close to LAX very convenient too since I travel a lot, and the double-paned windows blocked out any airplane sounds. Would highly recommend living here.

I’ve lived here since 2018 and love it! Relatively quiet (minus the traffic on Sepulveda) Lisa is a great and attentive manager and the maintenance guy is wonderful! Always fixes any problem within a day.
