Step out the back door of the kitchen into the enclosed laundry porch, ready for your washer & dryer. The newly renovated bath includes all new fixtures, tile and lighting. The bedrooms both include window air conditioners and new ceiling fans as well as ample closets. The front yard has been freshly landscaped with new drought tolerant plants, while the fenced back yard includes a new hedge and irrigation. Gardener included. Tenant pays all utilities. Approximately 770 square feet 3 Window Air Conditioners Washer/Dryer Hookups Garage – great for storage Off street parking for 2 cars in the driveway No Smoking or Vaping of any substance on property Will consider up to 2 small dogs (35 pounds or less) or 2 cats. Pet rent of $50/pet and additional deposit will apply. All dogs subject to approval of breed and personality. (No pit bulls, ASTs, dobermans, Huskies, German shepherds, Belgian Malinois, or other aggressive breeds). All animals, including ESAs and service animals, will be screened through petscreening. com and must be neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations and licensed, as required.
