Willie is the head of maintenance here at Avalon and just earned another 5 star review. We have lived here for over 4 years and our carpet needed a serious cleaning. I asked him for a recommendation and they did an amazing job at a very fair price (Lopez Carpet Care). It is incredibly reassuring to know we have such a reliable resource like Willie at this apartment complex!
