Residents will enjoy working out in our modern fitness center, mingling in one of our two resident lounges or relaxing by the sparkling pool in our private cabanas.

Gaby in the leasing office helped with all the questions needed and a big plus is that the community is always being kept clean. The overall moving process was great with no complaints.

If you are looking into moving I would consider looking into Jia Apartments. My husband and I moved here post-covid and I have to say that I am truly happy to have found Jia Apartments. The management team here is great, the General Manager David and his team always replies so quickly to our inquiries. Plus everything is online, from requesting service to sharing comments to our Jia community. Jessie is one of the security guys here and he is so friendly and makes you feel like this place is a safer place with him being here. Also, not to mention the repair team is always on top, Carlos is part of the repair team and if something breaks he comes in and handles it all!! I love this place and the area is so cool, lots of place to eat and walk.
