I've lived here for about a year and a half. I have been happy with this property since I moved in because I rarely have a maintenance issue here. The staff are nice and helpful. I'd like to give this property 5 stars. The maintenance staff, especially Jose, makes my life so much easier. He is professional, polite, responsive, and a good communicator. I don't have to explain from A to Z. He figures it out quickly and starts working on it. Kudos to Jose!

It's a nice place. Good amenities. No bugs or noise. Staff is nice. I have been living here 4 months now and it has been great! I was in a time crunch to move and the office staff was very understanding and willing to help me find a unit that worked for me. The ladies in the office are nice, especially Jodi. She helped me during the move in process and is always willing to assist me with any issues that come up. Maintenance is great! They've shown up within a day of submitting an order and Jose is very kind. He even gave a courtesy call to fill me in on a repair he made while I was away. Most times you don't even know who's been in your place! I've had no issues with pests (they've sprayed once so far) and none of my neighbors are crazy, loud, or disruptive. The grounds are kept and maintained as well. There's a man that sometimes walks around picking up trash. Not sure if he works for Waterford, but he's always friendly. All in all, I have enjoyed living here with all the amenities and kind interactions. I would definitely recommend Waterford to anyone apartment searching!
